I was sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they arrived today. I was speechless! The delivery was perfect (and so friendly!) and the bouquet was absolutely breathtaking! I will recommend Family Florist over and over again!

Beyond impossible weather, the owner saw that my order was delivered, even though computers were down, roads difficult. Haven’t seen transaction billed as yet, will follow up this week.

I wanted to make sure I come here and post my great results from family florist! Last week I called in to get my girlfriend some flowers delivered to her for our anniversary, it was last night and they came out amazing in quality. She has class from 8-5pm so I needed a late delivery. Family florist was very willing to accommodate this and make sure I had a good experience. The florist was extremely nice and willing to take the time to understand what I wanted and what my girlfriend liked. All the prices beat every other place for the same exact type of bouquet. You would pay double for this if you go through any National commercial place. I HIGHLY advise you call family florist and just tell them what you’re looking for. Thank you again for the amazing flowers!!

Family florist was very attentive, and courteous when I called confirming my daughter’s delivery. When she received them, she sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked beautiful. My daughter also said they had lovely fragrance. They did make a substitution from pink to red roses, but it still looked great! Thank you!

Very happy with the service provided by Family Florist! I ordered flowers online that were sent to my father in the hospital on two occasions, and both times the flowers arrived on time and the arrangements were beautiful! Great customer service, too.

I’d give 6 or more stars if Google would let me for the honesty, integrity, quality and top tier customer service I received from Frank Atkinson of Family Florist. I order flowers online for relatives in Fairfield County as gifts each year (through FromYouFlowers— which I will NEVER do again). The online company never confirmed my order and then had very poor customer service when I called to confirm with them on the phone. It culminated with Frank calling me personally to tell me he had delivered the order himself to another town 15-20 mins away. He was very nice, confirmed everything and was a true professional on every way. My aunt was happy with the arrangement and I will be calling DIRECT to Family Florist for all future orders because they still had the integrity and old-fashioned good business sense that is almost impossible to find anymore these days! Call them DIRECT! Your order will be in good hands!

I can’t thank this flower shop enough. They really came through for me last minute and held me down when I needed it most. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and put together with so much care. Customer service was top tier and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
